Estimates
Estimates are free and based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote before work begins. If we find conditions on-site that differ from what was described, we will tell you and update the quote before continuing.
Scheduling
Visit times are agreed with you directly. Information on this website or from the chat assistant is not a guaranteed appointment or completion time. Emergency or after-hours service may be quoted at a different rate.
Payment
Payment terms are stated in your quote or invoice. Equipment purchased on your behalf is billed as quoted.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you are authorized to have work done at the location, and you provide reasonable access, power and any passwords or accounts needed. Please back up important data before we work on computers or systems.
Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship. If something we installed or configured doesn't work as agreed, contact us and we will make it right. Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service involved. We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, data loss, or problems caused by third-party equipment, software, internet providers or later changes made by others.
Chat assistant
The chat assistant on this site is automated. It provides general information and passes your request to us; it cannot give binding quotes or schedules.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
